The question I got asked on my Facebook Page a few weeks ago is am I too fat for Gomukasana? Based on the title you know my answer!
Gomukhasana is challenging in any body let alone one with generous thighs. Some of the benefits of this pose are
- Stretches the back of your arms, your rotator cuff, your upper back and chest muscles.
- Stretches your gluteus, tensor fascia latae, piriformis and other hip rotator muscles.
- Opens your chest and thoracic spine.
