The Women’s Empowerment Initiative is designed to support you in living at your highest potential. This self-paced course will lead you through 12 monthly topics that build on each other, creating the opportunity for you to thrive in all aspects of life. Molly Birkholm will be your host, presenting with other female leaders who are each changing the world in their own special way.
Over the course of one year, you will receive a series of 54 online workshops, The Women’s Empowerment Initiative Guidebook (which is broken up into four quarters), monthly yoga practices and yoga nidra meditations, and a community of support.
As new content becomes available, it will be permanently added to your course page (you will receive an email each time new content is added). New content will be posted following this schedule:
- Quarter 1: January 1, 2018
- Quarter 2: April 1, 2018
- Quarter 3: July 1, 2018
- Quarter 4: October 1, 2018

How It Works
- You can register today! The course launches on January 1, 2018. After this launch date, you can begin the course at any time, and will have lifetime access to the course content.
- The course is designed in a yearlong format, but you can move through it at your own self-directed pace.
- Content is delivered in bite-sized pieces, making the course manageable and easy to fit into your schedule.
- Each month you will receive new tools to support you in becoming your best self.
