Yoga For Everyone Workshops

Yoga, Social Justice, Body Image and Anti-Racism

Let's Finally Bridge the Cultural Divides That Keep Us Segregated

Explore new ways of making yoga an inclusive practice for everyone. In this series of interactive online workshops, you’ll learn how to deconstruct the values, norms, and perceptions that guide the current western view of yoga, beauty, and success. We will explore these poignant topics through in-depth, open forum discussions, practical hands-on asana labs, and interactive yoga practices.

By the end of this series, you’ll be able to create inclusive spaces where all bodies are invited to participate in socially conscious yoga classes. As we work to redefine your body image, you’ll reclaim your personal power. Then, we will learn to serve the collective community by cultivating important allyship stills for underserved and underestimated communities.
