I find balance can be an elusive thing in our busy lives. We are over scheduled, over committed and over stressed. Balance is the way we find peace. Taking balance on to the mat in our asana practice is very rewarding.
Practicing poses like tree, warrior three, and standing splits can help build a stronger core and better awareness of our bodies. Please join me for this effective practice all about balance.
