Three Ways to Develop an Attitude of Gratitude

I wanted to talk about gratitude today. I finished a class for my favourite local charity, Yoga for Hope. We had a celebration class and I want to express gratitude to my students and studio for helping, being so generous and stepping up for a great cause.
People always talk about having an “Attitude of Gratitude.” What does that mean and how can you cultivate more gratitude in your life. Gratitude raises my vibration, much like yoga does. It keeps me motivated to do good in the world, continue my practice and to help raise other peoples vibration.
THREE WAYS TO CULTIVATE MORE GRATITUDE IN YOUR WORLD
- Observe the beauty in the everyday. Look around you and see the beauty in the world. Of course things aren’t always rainbows and unicorns but when you are feeling down you have to flip it so you can feel grateful to be alive, grateful to take a breath and grateful to have friends.
- Do a little exercise, take a walk, Of course take in a yoga practice.
- Connect with someone, say hello, share a smile and do something nice for someone else.
