Day 5: Slowing Down!

Namaste, y’all.
Day 5 and boy am I feeling…..Sore! I love how my body feels sore because I am making changes. I am getting stronger and more focused! How about you?

So I am up to 12 minutes of meditation and 20 minutes of yoga today. How about you?
