Day 4: Staying Motivated and 3 Tips for Success
Good Morning YโAll!

Day 4 of the challenge: 11 minutes of distracted meditation. It totally sucked. I stuck with it and kept returning the focus to my breath and it got better. I am determined and I will try again later closer to bed. I think I am better at meditating at dawn. I had a great 20-minute practice. I added another minute to my practice today. I generally practice without music but today I added my favourite playlist. It was supposed to be 17 minutes of asana but it turned into 20 because of my inspirational tunes. I thought I would share it.

Leave your mat out where you can see it and do random acts of yoga through out the day. Jump on your mat and strike a pose for 30 second
