Day 3: Practising Ahimsa

Good Morning Everyone
Welcome to day 3.
It was really had to get up this morning. The sale of my yoga studio became final yesterday. So lots of last minute stuff came up and I was up to 1 am. I set my alarm with the intention to get up and practice; it was so hard. It helped knowing that you were all in this with me. It helped get to my mat. Getting there is 90% of the battle for me. I did 10 minutes of meditation and 10 sun salutes. Success!
I have been loving interacting with you on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram(my new addiction) and Pinterest. I want to hear from all of you. Please share your challenges. I also want you to remember to practice Ahimsa. Ahimsa is non violence and to do no harm. Start with practising ahimsa on yourself. Don’t beat yourself up when you stumble on this challenge. Not everyday will be great. Some days practising will be hard or you will miss your opportunity to get to your mat. Remember there is always tomorrow and even 5 minutes of yoga counts!
