DAY 2

Today I was up at 6:15 am and on my mat. I really love practising at this time of day. I feel really connected to myself and the universe in the wee hours of the morning.

I was inspired by a great idea from one of our challengers, ย adding a minute every day to our practice. My practice today was about gratitude. I did 9 minutes of meditation and 16 minutes of asana.

I want to share with you my tips for success!

  1. Schedule your practice! Make it a priority! I add my to myย Googleย calendar and set reminders.

  2. Practice, practice, practice and celebrate your small successes. My best practices happen at dawn,ย facing east and celebrating the sun rise.ย

  3. Journal about your experiences. My journal is on my smart phone. I love technology and I use it to further my yoga practice. My favourite app is Insight Timer. It is free. It is amazing for keeping me on track. It has aย builtย in journal. Checkย it out here:ย https://insighttimer.com/

  4. Sharing my experiences and stating my intentions on social media and my blog. It keeps me accountable and creates community.ย

NEW BEGINNINGS:

I am not sure if you know, ย but I sold my yoga studio Eastside Yoga Windsor. ย Today is the very last day I will be at the helm. It is bitter-sweet to let something goย that I love so much. It is more sweet then bitter as the new owner Jayne Cichon is an amazing spirit who has great vision for the studio.

She is fearless, she is capable and she is ready for a new challenge. ย I am ready for a change and a new beginning.

WHAT I AM GRATEFUL FOR:

I will be dedicating more time and energy to Yogasteya and Dianne Bondy Yoga. I am grateful to my partner and hubby Alan Bondy for all his hard work and his vision for Yogasteya and Dianne Bondy Yoga. He makes this all possible. I am grateful to all of you who support yoga for all and share this challenge with me. Thank you! You inspire me everyday to do my best and I love connecting with all of you

I am excited for the future.

Share your successes and connect with me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. Use the hashtag #yogaforall. Letโ€™s share our vision and practice with the world!

Today my practice was about gratitude, letting go ย and embracing the future. How about you?

See you tomorrow!
