Jump Backs and Hopping Forward

Looking to add some extra power to your yoga practice? Adding jumps backwards into Plank pose and hops forward to the top of your mat, can elevate the intensity of any yoga sequence.
Mastering these tricky transitions takes some time, patience, and core strength! In the video below, I’ll share my favorite alignment cues and special techniques to help you take flight, while also building your upper body and core strength.
