Power Flow Yoga For the Days I Need to Move
What do you do when you need to move your body?
Do you ever find that you just need to MOVE on your mat? Maybe you sat at your desk too long and now you feel like the Tin Man. Or maybe you’re feeling cooped up in the house and it’s cold outside or it’s raining, but you want to get your blood moving. Or maybe you’re ruminating on something and it’s time to get out of your head and into your body. Maybe you just want to feel more energized and awake in the middle of a regular Tuesday afternoon.
Power yoga to the rescue
When I’m having one of those days, I roll out my mat and do some power yoga flow, focused on my breath and the sensations in my body. And if you’re having one of those days, I’d love it if you unrolled your mat and practiced with me. We can move through it together.
