Focus on moving your body joyfully
I walk, run and ride on the regular in addition to my daily yoga practice. To keep my body strong, I like to incorporate quick, easy to do strength training exercises into or at the end of my movement practice. You don’t have to have any fancy equipment or experience to do these practices with me. In fact, most of the movements are a fusion of yoga postures and body weight exercises that you can do anywhere.
