Post-Run Stretch for Marathon Training

Hi Everyone, I’m Dianne Bondy a race ambassador for the Detroit Free Press Marathon.

In the video above I’m going to share with you my 20 minute post run Yoga routine. In this class you’ll strectch out your hips, hamstring and quads.

This class will help keep your body safe while you’re running. It will help prevent injuries and give you an opportunity for a little self care.
