Break Up Your Day with Body Positive Yoga
Your body is built to move and stretching counts.
Do you sit at a desk all day? I spend more time at my desk than I would prefer and all that sitting can really take a toll on how my body feels. To break up the day and to minimize fatigue and stiffness from too much sitting, I hop on my mat multiple times each day to keep my body moving. Each 10-minute practice helps stretch my back, hips and shoulders while the movement keeps me energized. When I get back to work I feel refreshed. Try a few minutes of stretching each day this week and see what happens!
