Core Work and Foam Rolling for Runners
Take some time to slow down and stretch
Do you love to run? I do, but when I’m done it doesn’t take long for my muscles to tighten up and that can cause me pain. To keep pain and stiffness at bay, I follow my runs with core work, yoga stretches and hurts-so-good foam rolling.
