Hip Openers for a Healthier Back

Everyday activities like sitting in a desk, can tighten up your hips…and tight hips often results in low back pain! Fortunately, hip opening yoga poses can help reduce and relieve that back pain by stretching out the hips and the psoas muscle. Check out the video below for a close up on ways to get deeper in your hip opening poses!

As I mentioned in the video above, your muscles need to be nice and warm before you get into hip openers. I highly recommend completing a full warm-up practice before you start using the tips I shared with you today.
