Happy Monday!

So I wanted to share my motivations or inspirations for this week and here it is! It has taken me a really long time to accept who I am.  As women, society tells us that what we look like is far more important that who we are, and how we feel. I clearly remember the Saturday night spoof by Billy Crystal:

“It is better to look good then to feel good…darling.”

Well, it is 2015 I have decided I want to feel good and look good! If you don’t want to look at my fat asana in tights then divert your glaze. I am tired of hiding and feeling ashamed. Radical Body love starts NOW!
