The question I got asked on myย  Facebook pageย a few weeks ago is am I too fat for Gomukasana? ย Based on the title you know my answer!

Gomukhasana is challenging in any body let alone one with generous thighs. ย Some of the benefits of this pose are

  • Stretches the back of your arms, your rotator cuff, your upper back and chest muscles.

  • Stretches your gluteus, tensor fascia latae, piriformis and other hip rotator muscles.

  • Opens your chest and thoracic spine.
