One of the biggest complaints I hear from people new to a yoga practice is that there is a lot of pain in their wrists. Many postures require pressure on the wrists, and if you are weak in these areas it can have a negative impact on your practice.
So I put together a short video to give you some exercises you can do to strengthen your wrists.
