Good Morning, good afternoon, good evening and welcome back to your mat.

I am all about figuring out how to make yoga more accessible to more people. I love to use different props to make asana accessible, and available to more people. In todayโ€™s video, we are going to explore different ways to do down dog. Many people have sore wrists due to stress injuries, carpal tunnel sensitivity, and weak wrists. Using props in our asana practice can help alleviate some of the pain and build strength in our wrists. Here are a few ideas for how we can use props and different variations for down dog to make our practice more accessible.
