I am all about figuring out how to make yoga more accessible to more people. ย I love to use different props to make asana accessible, and available to more people. In todayโs video, we are going to explore different ways to do down dog using blocks, the wall, and our ingenuity. ย Many people have sore wrists due to stress injuries, carpal tunnel sensitivity, and weak wrists.
