You, Asana and a Chair
Good Morning, good afternoon, good evening! Welcome back to your mat. As you know, I love trying new things with asana. Today, I am going to explore yoga using a chair to create balance, strength, and accessibility. Chair yoga is a great way to help grow your practice and build strength. I have created a practice using a chair that is fun, accessible and available to a lot of different abilities.
What you need to do this practice is a chair, bolster or pillow. 2 blocks and a desire to try something new and different.
