There’s a lot going on in the world and it can be easy to lose touch with our inner wisdom as we race from task to task each day. Spending 5 minutes in quiet self-reflection every day is an easy way to get back in touch with who we are at our core. This grounding activity can help us reconnect with our purpose and decide on the next right action in our lives.
Spend 5 minutes with me today in quiet self-reflection. Unroll your mat and find a comfy seat on a sturdy chair or meditation cushion. No fancy meditation techniques required.
