The Intentional Well-being Podcast: Overcoming Unworthiness

Intentional Well-Being Podcast: Healing Generational Trauma

Welcome back folks! Today, I want to know what is intentional well-being to you?ย

My friend, Cara, joins me to discuss how feelings of unworthiness can hold us back from our true purpose and the importance of getting back up when we fall.ย

Cara talks about how we are socialized to believe that fat and ugly are on the same side of the coin. When, actually, they are not linear and not correlated to one another at all. Cara says they are, “almost fifty, fat, fabulous, and fun!”

We’re also sharing an extra special surprise with you that we are so excited for you to hear about!
