Intentional Well-Being Podcast: Break Free From Food Guilt
Did you know that 95% of all diets fail?
If you are curious to know why, I’m here with anti-dietician Mya Kwon and we are here to tell you why. Truth is, majority of dieticians in Northern America are mostly white women. Then they direct us to each things we wouldn’t normally eat and don’t fit our own culture.
We need to honor our cultural foods. This is essential to a happy relationship with food. Food is so much more that nutrients. When we strip the joy from food like our culture, traditions, and connection, we are limiting life and creating food guilt.
Now is the time to break down these diet culture mindsets that society has put on us. It’s time to improve our relationship with food so that we can improve our relationship with ourselves!
