Intentional Well-Being Podcast: Liberation, Boundaries and Joy
I am such a fan of Tony Nabors and his work, and so when I get the chance to sit down and chat with him – I dive right in… and I don’t hold back. This leads us to a wonderful conversation where we talk about why it is hard to keep white folks engaged in anti-racism work, how Black, Brown and Indigenous cultures tend to be focused on community and how we show up in spaces for Black and Brown people.
Beyond that, we connect over the ways in which we make space for ourselves, keep our joy in a world that is so full of despair, knowing who our audiences are, using “block” liberally and choosing who we engage with for the purposes of protecting our peace.
I feel truly lucky to have come away from this chat knowing a little bit more about the amazing Tony Nabors, and as an even bigger fan.
