10-Minute Abs: Pilates Style
The One Thing I Use to Always Say
Have you ever started a sentence with, “When I have the time, I’m going to..”?
I used to say this all the time. Especially when it came to my workouts.
“When I have time I am going to commit to strengthening my core.” Have you ever said that to yourself?
I say this ALL the time but then I don’t make that time. Because truth be told, sometimes finding the time (or motivation) to do an intensive ab workout that you said you would commit to for the hundredth time is tough after day 3. We let our own mental distractions, daily habits, and limiting beliefs get in the way. That belief of, “I just don’t have the time,” or you say “When I have the time, I will do x,y,z.”
We all have said this at one time or another. And I am here to help you squash that message from repeating in your mind (and out load). All you need is 10-minutes and I know you got this!
That’s why I have created these 10-minute mini-workouts designed to get your muscles engaged and working in short bursts of time. And the best part of it all? By strengthening your muscles for just 10-minutes, your body is going to keep burning calories throughout the day for you. So, now you can commit to working out your core with less stress, more reward. and more time left over for all the other things you do in the day.
