All You Need is 10 Minutes

You probably hear this all the time, “I don’t have time.” You may even say this yourself from time to time. Even I catch myself saying it. Maybe you want to start a new book, or get in more time to exercise or find more time for yourself. But you keep saying, “I don’t have time” or “I wish I had more time.” Believe me, the more you say this, the more it will be true.ย  Fact of the matter is, you have time. You may just have to drop something that is taking up too much of it.ย 

When it comes to adding more movement to your day, all you need is a few minutes. It’s true! If you have time to check social media every morning while the coffee is brewing, then you have 10 minutes to get your body energized and feeling strong as you step into your new day.

โ€‹โ€‹Start your day with this 10-minute yoga snack designed to energize and strengthen. Feel supported and align in your spine using a bolster as you move through various arm and core strengthening movements. This practice is designed to allow your body to realign and give you a boost of energy to start your day! You can do this in the morning, afternoon or evening. All you need is 10 minutes! Don’t have a bolster? Grab a pillow or roll up a blanket!
