Intentional Well-Being Podcast: Michelle Osborne
In this episode, I get to speak with a change agent, content creator, ceo, multidiscipline educator, and a communications specialist. She is obsessed with Tif-took and helping others feel the confidence to be unapologetically their authentic selves. Today, I get to connect with Michelle Osborne! And, I have to admit, I’m a big fan.
First, Michelle and I get right into it discussing, one of my favorite topics, the difference between wellness and well-being (9:30). Next, she shares how she began her self-love journey at the age of 40 years old and how that subsequently led to creating an online platform to share her truths with others. (13:40, 28:30) The, we discuss what it means to actually, “feel the fear and do it anyways (31:05). Most importantly, to top it off, we talk about how using the art of manifestation, or “focusing,” will ultimately shift your headspace and attract what you desire.
