Intentional Well-Being Podcast: 50 Shades of Blackness
Hello and welcome to this week’s episode of the Intentional Well-Being Podcast. Today, I want to talk about the multiple layers (shades, if you will) of blackness. Believe it or not, not all black people are of African American descent; and that includes myself.

And most importantly, how can we continue to better ourselves and grow as a whole by staying educated on historical events so that we can continue to be the change in this world?
